Shipping & Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new and unused, with all included parts, and in its original packaging.

Steps to return your item:

1. Log into your account and select the “Request return” button (item has to have been shipped to see this option).
2. Select the reason for return. Please be as specific as possible in the note section. Click the button to request a return.
3. We will review your request and reach out directly with any questions we may have.
4. You will be notified as soon as the return is approved.
5. A shipping label will be sent to you via email.
6. Ship the item back to us. Once received and inspected, you will receive a refund. Please note if the item is returned used, if anything is missing, or there is significant damage to the product or it’s packaging, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or no refund at all.

Return policies:

  • Return window is 30 days.
  • Unless the return is due to a manufactures defect, customer is responsible for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from the refund. This is a quality product and there will be no surprises. There is enough information on the website to allow for an informed decision on whether or not you would like the product.
  • There are no returns eligible on any of our cooking wood (Bola Fire).

Shipping
All items are received in and dispatched from our warehouse located in Southern CA.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow up to 3 weeks for us to process and inspect your return, and up to 3 additional business days for the refund be processed by your bank or payment provider.
